Normative survey was adopted for the study with a sample of 300 higher secondary school students. The standardized chemistry laboratory competence test developed by the Dr.(Mrs.) Meena Buddhisagar Rathod and Ms. Renu Moyade kotwale (1971) was used to assess the level of the higher secondary school students.The collected data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to check the significant mean difference among the variables. The result revealed that the chemistry laboratory competence level and academic achievement in chemistry of the higher secondary school students was average. It was concluded that the chemistry laboratory competence level and academic achievement in chemistry of the higher secondary school students was at the average level. It is recommended that the chemistry laboratory competence level of the higher secondary school students should be improved through their teaching - learning process.

Today’s life is full of expectations; there is an explosion of knowledge in each and every field. People are struggling in their field of job / work, making day and night one. Man has a lot of needs and his life is revolved round satisfaction of those needs. Man in his attempts to satisfy his needs in this fast moving complex world makes an attempt to adjust to the environment accordingly. The process of adjustments is due to the individual’s attempts to adapt to the circumstances. A harmonious personality is capable of making good adjustments. The influence of the family is an important dimension that needs to be considered when addressing young peoples’ development and growth. The family is the primary and most influential system to which a child belongs. Parents and families should be involved in mental health protection and promotion of students to turn his or her life into a balanced personality one. The present study was conducted on 600 secondary school students from Medchal Malkajgiri district of Telangana State. The result reveals that there was a significant difference in mental health behaviour aspects with respect to gender and social status among secondary school students. The release of film PK in 2014 threw up several crucial religious social and political myths in question. Though superficially a comedy film, it turned around the most controversial film of the decade. The attacks on the wrong numbers in Indian society not only created laughter but also stimulated common man’s conscience. Technical skills are the skills that are required to use technology. Technology is referred to as the combination of art and science, which also may concern the ability to use scientific knowledge in an artistic way. In the field of education, the presentation of knowledge/information is much more important than having the concepts or content within and nowadays technology has enormously changed the concept of presenting knowledge. It actually increases the efficiency of presentation, especially in the field of education. Since the 19th century, we are using technology in the field of education to make it easier, more interesting, and more effective. Several theories and concepts of psychology and technology are being used for better results. So, it becomes necessary for the students of teacher education that they should have the skills which may help them to present their knowledge or information in an effective manner and technology may be a concern as the only path by which they can do it. Therefore, the present study was conducted on 150 teacher trainees from different colleges/institutes affiliated with HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar Uttarakhand. In this descriptive research, a self-made questionnaire was used to identify the technical skill level of teacher trainees through a google form. In this paper, we have discussed the level of technical skills among the teacher trainees in the context of gender, subject stream, habitation, and educational institutions. Present study focuses on studying the functional ability of HI students in inclusive and special schools. The objectives of the study were - (i) to study the functional status of hearing impaired (HI) students in special schools on (a) ‘learning and applying knowledge’, (b) ‘general task & demands’ and (c) ‘communication’ dimensions with reference to their gender (ii) to study the functional status of hearing impaired (HI) students in inclusive schools on (a) ‘learning and applying knowledge’, (b) ‘general task & demands’ and (c) ‘communication’ dimensions with reference to their gender and (iii) to study the functional status of hearing impaired (HI) students on (a) ‘learning and applying knowledge’, (b) ‘general task & demands’ and (c) ‘communication’ dimensions with reference to their school category. This study was performed on 113 HI students in inclusive schools and 69 HI students in special schools selected using purposive sampling method from inclusive and special schools of Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh, India. Major findings of the study were – (i) there were no significant differences found between the functional status of hearing impaired (HI) students (boys and girls) in special schools on ‘learning and applying knowledge’ and ‘general task & demands’ dimensions (ii) the significant difference was found between hearing impaired (HI) students (boys and girls) in special schools in ‘communication’ dimension (iii) the differences were significant between the functional status of hearing impaired (HI) students (boys and girls) in inclusive schools on ‘learning and applying knowledge’ and ‘communication’ (iv) the difference between the functional status of hearing impaired (HI) students (boys and girls) in inclusive schools was not significant on ‘general task & demands’ dimension (v) hearing impaired (HI) boys and girls were not significantly differing on the functional status of ‘learning and applying knowledge’ dimension over their school categories and (vi) hearing impaired (HI) boys and girls were differing significantly on the functional status of ‘general task and demands’ and ‘communication’ dimensions over their school categories. In the present study investigator investigate the computer phobia of senior secondary school teacher teaching in senior secondary school in Himachal Pradesh for this investigation The sample included only school teachers teaching in senior secondary schools of Mandi and Kullu Disttt. of Himachal Pradesh. The study was confined to a sample of 400 teachers. The study was restricted to two variables i.e. computer phobia as dependent variable and gender, independent variables. In the present study Computer Phobia Scale constructed and standardized by Dr. Rajasekar and Dr. Vaiyapuri Raja was used by the researcher. Statistics is a mathematical technique or process of gathering, describing, organizing, analysis and interpreting numerical data. The statistical techniques are used to give meaningful and consider picture of the whole data so that it could be easily comprehended. It is employed to test the hypotheses in the study. In order to study the distribution of computer phobia scores of secondary school teachers, descriptive statistics like mean, median, mode, S.D. ,Q.D., skewness and kurtosis was used. For studying the gender-wise, significance of the difference in the computer phobia among school teachers teaching in senior secondary schools, t-test was used and the investigator find that their was no significant difference in the mean scores of overall computer phobia of male and female school teachers teaching in senior secondary schools.

EFFECTIVENESS OF ZOOM SUPPORTED INSTRUCTION IN LEARNING MATRICES AND DETERMINANTS AMONG HIGHER SECONDARY STUDENTS

This study aimed to find the effectiveness of Zoom Supported Instruction in learning Matrices and Determinants and to assess the attitude of students towards Zoom Supported Instruction. Experimental method was adopted for this study with a sample of 180 Higher Secondary students belonging to 11th standard who were randomly selected from three schools. Out of these 180 students, 90 students were selected for the experimental group (Zoom Supported Instruction) and the remaining 90 students were selected for the control group (chalk and talk method). The pre- test and post- test were conducted using the Quizizz application. The attitude towards Zoom Supported Instruction was collected through a 5 point likert scale with the help of google forms. The results showed that the control group students achieved better than the experimental group students (Zoom Supported Instruction) which indicates that chalk and talk method is effective when compared to Zoom Supported Instruction. This might be due to the fact that students are more familiar with the chalk and talk method than the Zoom Supported Instruction. Due to the familiarity with the chalk and talk method, students might have performed better. However, Zoom Supported Instruction can be used in times of crisis to ensure that students do not suffer when offline classes are unable to be held and to further strengthen students' understanding. Some students in the classroom may find that the time allotted is insufficient. As a result, the teacher wishes to improve learning and provide more practice for that type of student. EFFECTIVENESS OF GOOGLE MEET SUPPORTED INSTRUCTION IN LEARNING POLYNOMIALS AMONG SECONDARY STUDENTS

This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of Google Meet Supported Instruction in learning Polynomials and to assess the attitude towards Google Meet Supported Instruction. Experimental method was used and a sample of 180 Ninth standard students who were randomly selected from three schools. There were two groups made up of the 180 students. The 90 students were selected for the control group (Chalk and talk method) and the remaining 90 students were selected for an experimental group (Google Meet-supported instruction). The Kahoot application was used to conduct the pre-test and post-test. The Questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale which has been constructed using google form was used to calculate the attitude towards Google Meet Supported Instruction. The outcomes demonstrated that the control group students outperformed the experimental group students (Google Meet Supported Instruction).This might be due to the result of students being more accustomed to the chalk and talk method than Google Meet Supported Instruction. So, the Students have performed better due to their familiarity with the traditional teaching (chalk and talk method). In future, When there is an absence of offline classes, the Google Meet Supported Instruction can be used to ensure the students are not negatively affected and to further improve their understanding. The Google Meet Supported Instruction that can be used at that time when the students feel that the duration for each class is not sufficient. At that time the teacher recommended Google Meet Instruction to enhance the students learning and to provide extra practice for that kind of student. The research focuses on examining the current cut-throat landscape in the airline business using the SERVPERF model to compare the service quality of six Indian airlines (IndiGo, SpiceJet, Air India, Go Air, Vistara, and Alliance Air). Background: Considering the competitive landscape of the aviation sector, airlines focus on assessing customer needs and delivering services in line with those needs. One hundred consumers were selected randomly to participate in the data collection exercise using a self-administered questionnaire. Through factor analysis and Cronbach's Alpha, each questionnaire's statistical reliability and validity passed with flying colors. The study used regression, ANOVA, and correlation to forecast the outcomes. Outcome: The analysis showed that while IndiGo exhibits small means for Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Regarding service quality Empathy, SpiceJet demonstrated a substantial mean but not for Tangibility, Responsiveness, dependability, or Assurance. In contrast, the results for Air India showed that the standards for tangibleness and empathy certainty were significantly higher than the means for Responsiveness, dependability, and assurance. Conclusion: The thorough investigation has demonstrated that the most significant factor influencing customer satisfaction in the airline industry is quality of service, namely in the areas of Tangibility, Assurance, Responsiveness, dependability, and Empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Microsoft Teams Supported Instruction in learning trigonometry and to assess students' attitude towards Microsoft Teams Supported Instruction. For this study, an experimental method was used with a sample of 180 Higher Secondary students belonging to XI standard from the three schools who were chosen randomly using a convenient method of sampling. Out of these 180 students, 90 were assigned to the experimental group (Microsoft Teams Supported Instruction), while the remaining 90 were assigned to the control group (chalk and talk method). The Kahoot application was used for the pre- test and post-test. The attitude towards Microsoft Teams Supported Instruction was gathered using a 5 point likert scale developed by the investigator and shared to the sample through Google forms. The results showed that students in the experimental group (Microsoft Teams Supported instruction) had greater post-test scores than those in the control group. This may be attributable to students' positive opinions of Microsoft Teams and their conviction that learning with Microsoft Teams would result in successful outcomes. Moeller et al. (2001) state that impulsivity includes the readiness to take unplanned and immediate action as a response to internal and external stimuli, with no regard for the negative consequences for themselves or others. From different perspectives of personality theory, impulsiveness has been identified as a personality trait (Barratt, 1965). A number of factor analytic studies have demonstrated the multi-faceted characteristics of impulsiveness as a personality trait. In the presented research paper, researchers tried to review the opinion and work done by various psychologists of the world in relation to the various aspects such as factors, reasons, and consequences of impulsive behavior of adolescents who came to the fore through the ideas and conclusions given in their research papers and books published.

Students are the future of the nation and teachers are the builders of this nation. The quality of education dependents on the quality of teachers. The role of technology in the world of education is becoming more important day by day. After the corona pandemic, there is a need of technological progress in teaching. Hence, the roles of a teacher will be more challenging than previous. Technology, asthe newest instructional media developed in this globalization era, presents situation which helps the students to have new authentic and meaningful learning experiences. It provides the opportunity for the students to work collaboratively and easily access the information that can supplement their learning experience. In the fast changing world of the early 21st century, education is also changing. As part of the changes the role of schools and education will also be different both in the educational system and in the society. Together with them the role of teachers will also change. If we focus on the teaching process, we still realise that there are a great number of changes in this field as well, and all of them have an influence on the role of teachers. First of all, teachers in modern classrooms are no longer lecturers, they are facilitators, their main task is to set goals and organise the learning process accordingly. Another difference between the past and present tasks of teachers is represented by the technical background they need to be able to use and handle effectively. Instead of teaching chalk face, they need to be an information technology expert. Their role in the school management has also changed. The school needs them as individuals, who can make decisions and cope with the stress of the changing world of schools. At the same time teachers need to be able to work in teams, co- operate with colleagues and parents. This summarises the characteristic features of a modern teacher. Technological developments in the 21st century, it's now necessary to integrate technological emendations effectively into the tutoring- learning surroundings. There were several approaches that allow integration of technology into tutoring- literacy process. One of these approaches is digital storytelling. The present abstract exploration concentrated on the Digital storytelling tools to educate Biological tools. Digital storytelling serves as a popular pedagogical tool to be used by preceptors in different fields for scholars from all age groups, from education situations. The process of producing a digital story requires scholars first to determine a subject, to probe the subject, and to form a script within the frame of their exploration. Following this, the process requires scholars to associate their scripts with similar multimedia rudiments as images, music and plates and to form short stories by using several software’s. scholars completing the process of digital storytelling process can partake their stories with a certain followership in class or on the Internet. participating digital stories could help scholars understand each other and show empathy towards one another. In addition, it also allows scholars to get information about a number of subjects. The present paper focused on the Digital storytelling tools to teach Biological Science with prime objectives are (i) To understand the concept of Digital storytelling tools.
